I've noticed that one of the challenges for many people in their fitness endeavors is getting enough quality sleep each night. That's suitable, the lack of quality sleep creates a fat-storing hormonal mess inside your body. The fact is, the stats point to that most people don't find enough sleep regularly, and also don't sleep as soundly as they should.
